The dentists have been unfailingly considerate and have always taken the time to answer any questions we may have had. Also every dentist has been extremely gentle when carrying out examinations and treatment. “From the reception staff through to the Dentists, the team here are amazing. Show the right amount of empathy and professionalism. My most recent experience was nerve wracking for me but Mrs. Robinson calmed me down (sorry!) and treatment completed without any pain or discomfort. “I have gone to Thornhill Dental for over 15 years. I recently needed work on a broken filling, having been a patient of Mr. Wallwork for such a long time and really think he is great, but he was on holiday, I was a bit nervous of seeing someone else. I saw Mrs. Robinson, who I have to say was wonderful, really putting me at ease explaining everything she was doing. I couldn’t recommend either of them high enough. Going to visit the dentist can be a stressful experience but the staff and dentists at Thornhill really help to make it a much better experience.”
